As a designer, I rarely have the opportunity to work with a contractor who not only understands my vision and design concepts, but who can also help me expand on those concepts. Marc is one of those contractors. Through all the Tri Properties Casino projects we’ve collaborated on, Marc and his team at Imago Creations Inc were able to quickly grasp the aesthetic, offer intelligent technical observations and formulate a strategy for implementation. What sets Marc apart from most of the subcontractors I’ve worked with is his pro-active and meticulous attention to details. He has a thorough grasp on the designer’s intentions and knows how to work with them to guarantee that the desired outcome is attainable and nothing is lost in translation. Marc is always evaluating and contributing to the logistical considerations of a project. He works with and adjusts to the other subcontractors’ needs to insure cost effective and timely solutions. I totally understood what he was trying to convey and loved the idea. Marc sat down with my husband and explained his drawings in detail, patiently answering all the questions he had. We trusted Marc completely and he did not disappoint us one bit. The colors and design are incredible. He would come over, sit down with us and talk us through the steps. His patients and calm, kind manner were a relief and greatly needed and appreciated. Marc is so talented, creative and unique. I trust Marc completely to do whatever job is before him in a professional and timely manner. But more then that, Marc is easy to deal with and has a approachable way about him.
